AirZone Terms of Use

By downloading or using AirZone you agree to these terms and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).

Not a medical device

AirZone is a fitness tool. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Heart rate readings come from your Bluetooth device and may be inaccurate. Consult a doctor before starting an exercise program, and stop exercising if you feel unwell.

AirZone Pro

• Pro is offered as a weekly or yearly auto-renewing subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple.
• Restore purchases is available in the app settings.

Acceptable use

Do not reverse engineer, resell or misuse the app.

Disclaimer and liability

The app is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use.
