By downloading or using FutureSelf (“the app”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. The app is operated by Sinan Kulen (Turkey).
FutureSelf generates AI age-transformed images from photos you submit. Results are illustrations produced for entertainment; they do not predict, and are not claimed to predict, how anyone will actually look at a future age.
You must be at least 13 years old and legally permitted to use the app where you live.
Prices are in USD and vary by storefront; the exact price, duration and renewal terms are shown in the app before you confirm. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your Apple ID account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's policies.
You keep all rights to the photos you submit. You grant a limited, non-exclusive licence to process them solely to deliver the transformation you requested. They are not used for marketing or for training AI models.
The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AI-generated results are for entertainment and may be inaccurate. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
These terms may be updated; the updated date at the top of the page changes when they are, and continued use constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of Turkey, and disputes are resolved in the courts of Turkey.
