These documents apply to DanceDrop, an iOS app published by Norevian Works. Questions: support@norevianworks.com.
This policy explains how DanceDrop (“DanceDrop”, “we”, “our”) handles information when you turn a photo into a short AI dance video. DanceDrop creates an anonymous account to provide its server features; you do not create an account with a name or email address.
When you start a dance video, DanceDrop resizes the photo you choose, removes its EXIF and location metadata, uploads it to our servers and sends it to our third-party AI service provider, kie.ai, which routes the request to Kuaishou (Kling) or Alibaba (Wan). The providers process the photo together with the selected dance template only to create your video, under their own terms and policies. We do not use your photos or videos for advertising or to train AI models.
Only use photos of adults: yourself, or people who agreed to it. Do not upload photos of children or photos that include addresses, documents or other sensitive information.
Uploaded photos are kept in private server storage and deleted from our servers after 30 days. Generated videos are kept in private server storage for up to 90 days, or until you delete the video, report it or use Delete My Data, whichever comes first.
DanceDrop signs you in with an anonymous Supabase account. The server uses its identifier to associate your videos, AI consent, credit balance and subscription status with your app installation. Video records can include the selected template, quality, status, credit cost and file paths. We do not ask you to provide a name or email to use the app.
DanceDrop keeps a prepared copy of your last photo in the app’s cache on your device for up to 30 days so you can try another dance without picking it again, and caches the dance catalog for offline browsing. Videos you save go to your Photos library using add-only access; DanceDrop does not request access to your full photo library.
You can report any generated video. A report records the reason you choose and hides the video from your History. AI providers apply their own content filters; videos blocked by a filter are not shown and their credits are refunded.
Apple processes App Store payments. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app user identifier and purchase or subscription status to provide subscriptions and credit packs, maintain access and restore purchases. We do not receive your payment card details. Restore Purchases is available in DanceDrop Settings.
DanceDrop records limited product events, such as app opens, generation outcomes and purchase-related events. The MVP records these events locally through Apple’s OSLog; event data is not sent to an analytics provider. Event parameters exclude photos, videos and free text. RevenueCat separately processes purchase and subscription activity for its services.
In DanceDrop, open Settings and choose Delete My Data to delete your uploaded photos, generated videos and server-side account data and start a new anonymous session. You can also delete an individual video from its result screen. Server photos are otherwise removed after 30 days and videos after 90 days. Deleting the app removes data stored only on that device; use Delete My Data first to request deletion of server data.
DanceDrop is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child’s information was submitted through DanceDrop, contact us so we can address it.
