DanceDrop Terms of Use

Last updated

These documents apply to DanceDrop, an iOS app published by Norevian Works. Questions: support@norevianworks.com.

By downloading or using DanceDrop you agree to these terms and Apple's applicable App Store terms, including Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. DanceDrop is published by Norevian Works. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

What DanceDrop provides

DanceDrop uses a photo you submit and a dance template you choose to create a short AI-generated video. Results are generated automatically and can vary; they may not look exactly like the person in the photo.

Photos and your content

You retain your rights in photos you submit. You give Norevian Works and its service providers permission to host, transmit and process that content only to operate and support DanceDrop, including creating your videos. Only submit photos of adults: yourself, or people who agreed to it. You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit the photo. Do not use DanceDrop to impersonate, harass, deceive or sexualize anyone, or to create content that violates law or another person's rights.

Subscriptions and credits

Each video costs credits: Standard quality uses 1 credit and Pro quality uses 2 credits. DanceDrop offers a weekly auto-renewing subscription that includes a weekly credit allowance, with a free trial for new subscribers, and one-time credit packs. Credit amounts and current prices are shown in the app before purchase. Unused weekly allowance does not carry over to the next period; purchased pack credits do not expire. Videos exported during the free trial include a small DanceDrop watermark.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. Refund requests are handled by Apple. Credits for a video that fails or is blocked by a content filter are returned to your balance.

Restore Purchases is available in DanceDrop Settings and can restore eligible purchases associated with your Apple account.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse DanceDrop, interfere with its operation, reverse engineer it except where applicable law permits, or use it to violate law or another person's rights. We may remove content or restrict access when needed to protect users, service providers or the service.

Availability and changes

DanceDrop, its dance catalog and its third-party services may change or be unavailable from time to time. We may update the app or these terms. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept them; if you do not, stop using DanceDrop.

Disclaimer and liability

DanceDrop is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.

Governing law

These terms are subject to applicable law. Any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or restricted remain unaffected.
