This policy explains how the Fluxa iOS application (“Fluxa”, “we”, “our”) handles information.
Information we process
Photos, prompts, and creation settings. The photos you choose — which may include images of your face (facial imagery) — are uploaded only when you request a generation, solely to perform that AI image processing.
Generated results and generation records. We process and store results so they can be delivered to you and associated with your private app account.
Anonymous account identifier. Fluxa creates a pseudonymous account identifier to protect your credits, generations, and purchases. You do not need to provide a name or email address.
Purchase information. Apple and RevenueCat process subscription and in-app purchase records. We receive product, entitlement, and transaction status needed to provide credits and restore access. We do not receive full payment card details.
Usage and diagnostics. We use pseudonymous analytics, including app version, device type, locale, screens and features used, and generation performance or errors, to operate and improve Fluxa.
Face data
Some Fluxa features process photos that contain your face. This section explains exactly how facial imagery is handled.
What we collect. Only the photos you actively choose and submit for a generation. When those photos contain a face, we process the facial imagery within them. Fluxa does not create a faceprint, face-recognition template, or other biometric identifier, and does not use faces to identify or authenticate anyone.
How it is used. Facial imagery is used solely to perform the specific AI image generation or transformation you request. It is not used for advertising, profiling, training third-party models, or any purpose other than producing your result.
Who it is shared with. To generate your result, submitted images are sent to our AI processing provider, Replicate, through our secure backend (Supabase Edge Functions). We do not sell facial imagery and do not permit cross-app tracking.
Where it is stored and for how long. Replicate processes requests through its API and, by default, automatically removes all input parameters, output values, output files, and logs about one hour after a prediction (see Replicate’s Data retention policy). Generated results that we keep so you can access them are stored in private, per-account storage and remain until you delete them. You can permanently delete your uploads, generated results, and account at any time in Settings via “Delete Account & Cloud Data.”
How information is used
We use information to perform requested AI image processing, maintain credit balances and purchase access, restore purchases, prevent abuse, provide support, and improve reliability and product experience.
Service providers
Fluxa uses Supabase for authentication, database, functions, and private file storage; Replicate for requested AI processing; RevenueCat for purchase and entitlement management; Apple for App Store purchases and platform services; and Mixpanel for product analytics. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy commitments.
Sharing and tracking
We do not sell personal information. We do not use your photos for advertising and do not permit cross-app tracking. Information is shared with service providers only as needed for the purposes described above, or when legally required.
Retention and deletion
On-device history remains until you delete it in Fluxa or remove the app. You can permanently delete your Fluxa cloud account, credits, generations, and uploaded files at any time in Settings by choosing “Delete Account & Cloud Data.” You may also contact Support for help. Apple and its payment partners may retain purchase and transaction records where required for accounting, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
Security and international processing
We use access controls and private storage intended to restrict content to the associated account. No transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Providers may process information in countries other than yours, subject to their safeguards and applicable law.
Children
Fluxa is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Your choices
You can choose which photos to submit, disable local history, delete local generations, delete your cloud account and data in Settings, manage subscriptions in your Apple account, and contact Support.
Changes
We may update this policy as Fluxa changes. The effective date above identifies the latest version.
