These terms govern your use of the Fluxa iOS application. By using Fluxa, you agree to these terms and Apple’s applicable App Store terms, including Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
Fluxa lets you submit photos and instructions to third-party AI models to create or edit images. AI output can be unexpected, inaccurate, offensive, or unsuitable. Review every result before relying on, publishing, or sharing it.
You retain your rights in content you submit. You grant us and our service providers a limited license to host, transmit, transform, and process that content only to operate and support Fluxa. You must have the rights and permissions necessary for submitted content and any people depicted in it.
Do not use Fluxa for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, sexually exploitative, or non-consensual content; to impersonate others deceptively; or to violate privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, or other rights. We may restrict service where needed to protect users, providers, or the service.
Generations consume the number of credits shown in the app. Processing failures handled by our service are intended to refund charged credits. Subscription plans provide recurring credits according to the plan shown at purchase; unused benefits and renewal behavior are subject to the in-app disclosure. One-time credit packs are consumable purchases.
Prices, billing period, and any eligible introductory offer are displayed by Apple before confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your Apple account at least 24 hours before renewal. Apple handles billing, cancellation, and refund decisions. Restoring a purchase does not recreate credits already consumed.
We do not guarantee that every model, generation, or feature will always be available. Providers, credit costs, supported tools, and service limits may change. Material purchase terms will be disclosed before purchase.
Fluxa’s app, design, software, branding, and original materials are protected by applicable laws. These terms do not grant rights to third-party model names or materials.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fluxa is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or ownership and non-infringement of generated output. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.
You may stop using Fluxa at any time. We may suspend access for serious or repeated misuse, security risk, legal requirement, or threats to the service. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will survive.
We may update these terms as the service evolves. The effective date above identifies the latest version. Questions may be submitted through Fluxa Support.
