These documents apply to Huewise, an iOS app published by Norevian Works. Questions: support@norevianworks.com.
This policy explains how Huewise (“Huewise”, “we”, “our”) handles information when you get a personal color analysis. Huewise creates an anonymous account to provide its server features; you do not create an account with a name or email address.
The quick season estimate runs on your device from your quiz answers. When you start a full analysis, Huewise resizes your selfie, removes its EXIF and location metadata, and uploads it with your quiz answers to our servers and to our third-party AI service provider, kie.ai, which routes requests to Google (Gemini and Nano Banana). They are used only to create your report. Huewise never shows attractiveness scores. We do not use your data for advertising. Selfies are deleted from our servers after 30 days; reports and color previews after 90 days, or as soon as you delete them.
Huewise signs you in with an anonymous Supabase account. The server uses its identifier to associate your reports, AI consent and credit balance with your app installation.
Closet check photos are matched against your palette on your device and are never uploaded. Palette cards you save go to your Photos library using add-only access.
You can report any generated preview. A report records the reason you choose and hides it. AI providers apply their own content filters; if an analysis is blocked or fails, its credit is refunded.
Apple processes App Store payments. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app user identifier and purchase status to provide analysis credits. We do not receive your payment card details.
Huewise records limited product events, such as app opens, generation outcomes and purchase-related events. The MVP records these events locally through Apple’s OSLog; event data is not sent to an analytics provider. Event parameters exclude photos, names and text you type.
In Huewise, open Settings and choose Delete My Data to delete your selfies, reports and server-side account data and start a new anonymous session. You can also delete an individual report. Server data is otherwise removed on the schedule described above.
Huewise is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child’s information was submitted through Huewise, contact us so we can address it.
