By downloading or using Huewise you agree to these terms and Apple's applicable App Store terms, including Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Huewise is published by Norevian Works. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Huewise estimates your seasonal color palette from a short quiz and, for a full analysis, a selfie, and shows color previews and style suggestions. Results are generated automatically and are guidance, not professional advice.
You retain your rights in photos you submit. You give Norevian Works and its service providers permission to host, transmit and process them only to operate Huewise. Only submit photos of yourself.
The quiz, quick estimate and closet check are free. A full photo analysis uses 1 credit. Huewise offers one-time analysis packs; there is no subscription. Prices are shown in the app before purchase. Credits are consumable, are tied to this app installation and cannot be restored on another device. If an analysis fails, its credit is refunded automatically.
Do not misuse Huewise, interfere with its operation, reverse engineer it except where applicable law permits, or use it to violate law or another person's rights. We may remove content or restrict access when needed to protect users, service providers or the service.
Huewise and its third-party services may change or be unavailable from time to time. We may update the app or these terms. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept them; if you do not, stop using Huewise.
Huewise is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are subject to applicable law. Any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or restricted remain unaffected.
