These documents apply to Mane, an iOS app published by Norevian Works. Questions: support@norevianworks.com.
This policy explains how Mane (“Mane”, “we”, “our”) handles information when you try AI hairstyles and hair colors. Mane creates an anonymous account to provide its server features; you do not create an account with a name or email address.
When you analyze your face shape or try a style, Mane resizes your selfie, removes its EXIF and location metadata, uploads it to our servers and sends it to our third-party AI service provider, kie.ai, which routes requests to Google (Gemini and Nano Banana). They are used only to create your result. Face data is not used for biometric identification and no face template is stored; only a face shape label and recommended styles are kept. We do not use your data for advertising. Selfies and face shape results are deleted from our servers after 30 days; generated looks after 90 days, or as soon as you delete them.
Mane signs you in with an anonymous Supabase account. The server uses its identifier to associate your looks, AI consent, credit balance and subscription status with your app installation.
Mane keeps your latest selfie on your device for before/after comparison and replaces it when you take a new one. Selfies are not saved to your Photos library; looks you save go there using add-only access.
You can report any generated look. A report records the reason you choose and hides it from your history. AI providers apply their own content filters; blocked results are not shown and their credits are refunded.
Apple processes App Store payments. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app user identifier and purchase status to provide subscriptions and credit packs, maintain access and restore purchases. We do not receive your payment card details.
Mane records limited product events, such as app opens, generation outcomes and purchase-related events. The MVP records these events locally through Apple’s OSLog; event data is not sent to an analytics provider. Event parameters exclude photos, names and text you type.
In Mane, open Settings and choose Delete My Data to delete your selfies, looks and server-side account data and start a new anonymous session. You can also delete an individual look. Server data is otherwise removed on the schedule described above.
Mane is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child’s information was submitted through Mane, contact us so we can address it.
