These documents apply to Mane, an iOS app published by Norevian Works. Questions: support@norevianworks.com.
By downloading or using Mane you agree to these terms and Apple's applicable App Store terms, including Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Mane is published by Norevian Works. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Mane uses a selfie you submit to suggest hairstyles for your face shape and to create AI previews of styles and colors. Results are generated automatically and are previews only; real results depend on your hair and stylist.
You retain your rights in photos you submit. You give Norevian Works and its service providers permission to host, transmit and process them only to operate Mane. Only submit photos of yourself.
Face shape analysis and two style tries are free. Each additional style or color try uses 1 credit. Mane offers a weekly auto-renewing subscription that includes a weekly credit allowance, with a free trial for new subscribers, and one-time credit packs. Prices are shown in the app before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the period in your Apple account settings. Failed tries are refunded automatically.
Do not misuse Mane, interfere with its operation, reverse engineer it except where applicable law permits, or use it to violate law or another person's rights. We may remove content or restrict access when needed to protect users, service providers or the service.
Mane and its third-party services may change or be unavailable from time to time. We may update the app or these terms. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept them; if you do not, stop using Mane.
Mane is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are subject to applicable law. Any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or restricted remain unaffected.
