These documents apply to Serenade, an iOS app published by Norevian Works. Questions: support@norevianworks.com.
This policy explains how Serenade (“Serenade”, “we”, “our”) handles information when you create a personalized AI song. Serenade creates an anonymous account to provide its server features; you do not create an account with a name or email address.
When you draft lyrics or create a song, Serenade sends the details you type (such as the occasion, the recipient’s name, memories and style choices) and your lyrics to our servers and to our third-party AI service provider, kie.ai, which routes requests to Google (Gemini) and Suno. They are used only to create your result. We do not use your data for advertising. Details you type are deleted from our servers after 30 days; songs and their lyrics after 90 days, or as soon as you delete them.
Serenade signs you in with an anonymous Supabase account. The server uses its identifier to associate your songs, AI consent, credit balance and purchase status with your app installation.
Photos you add to a lyric video are used only on your device to render the video and are never uploaded. Videos you save go to your Photos library using add-only access.
You can report any generated song or lyrics. A report records the reason you choose and hides the item from your songs. Requests that break our content rules are declined without using credits.
Apple processes App Store payments. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app user identifier and purchase status to provide subscriptions and credit packs, maintain access and restore purchases. We do not receive your payment card details.
Serenade records limited product events, such as app opens, generation outcomes and purchase-related events. The MVP records these events locally through Apple’s OSLog; event data is not sent to an analytics provider. Event parameters exclude photos, names and text you type.
In Serenade, open Settings and choose Delete My Data to delete your songs, lyrics and server-side account data and start a new anonymous session. You can also delete an individual song. Server data is otherwise removed on the schedule described above.
Serenade is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child’s information was submitted through Serenade, contact us so we can address it.
