By downloading or using Serenade you agree to these terms and Apple's applicable App Store terms, including Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Serenade is published by Norevian Works. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Serenade uses the details you provide to draft song lyrics with AI and turn them into an AI-generated song you can turn into a lyric video. Results are generated automatically and can vary.
You retain your rights in the text and photos you provide. You give Norevian Works and its service providers permission to host, transmit and process the text you submit only to operate Serenade. Do not include other people’s private information without permission, real celebrity names, brands or existing song lyrics.
Drafting lyrics is free within a daily limit. Creating a song uses 1 credit. Serenade offers one-time credit packs and a weekly auto-renewing subscription with a free trial for new subscribers. Prices are shown in the app before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the period in your Apple account settings. If a song fails, its credit is refunded automatically.
Do not misuse Serenade, interfere with its operation, reverse engineer it except where applicable law permits, or use it to violate law or another person's rights. We may remove content or restrict access when needed to protect users, service providers or the service.
Serenade and its third-party services may change or be unavailable from time to time. We may update the app or these terms. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept them; if you do not, stop using Serenade.
Serenade is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are subject to applicable law. Any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or restricted remain unaffected.
