These documents apply to ToyVault, an iOS app published by Norevian Works. Questions: support@norevianworks.com.
By downloading or using ToyVault you agree to these terms and Apple's applicable App Store terms, including Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. ToyVault is published by Norevian Works. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
ToyVault uses photos you submit to identify toys and provide an AI-generated estimated resale value range. It can help you organize a collection and open searches for sold listings. ToyVault does not provide verified transaction data, professional appraisals or financial advice. Estimates can be incomplete or wrong; verify the item's identity, condition and current market information yourself.
You retain your rights in photos and other content you submit. You give Norevian Works and its service providers permission to host, transmit and process that content only to operate and support ToyVault, including providing AI identification. You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit the content. Do not submit unlawful content or content that violates another person's rights.
ToyVault offers weekly and yearly auto-renewing subscriptions. The app may also provide three free scans. Subscription features and current prices are shown in the app before purchase. There are no scan-credit packs in the MVP.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. Refund requests are handled by Apple.
An active subscription provides scans subject to a fair-use limit of 100 scans per day. Restore Purchases is available in ToyVault Settings and can restore eligible purchases associated with your Apple account.
Do not misuse ToyVault, interfere with its operation, reverse engineer it except where applicable law permits, or use it to violate law or another person's rights. We may restrict access when needed to protect users, service providers or the service.
ToyVault and its third-party services may change or be unavailable from time to time. We may update the app or these terms. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept them; if you do not, stop using ToyVault.
ToyVault is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.
These terms are subject to applicable law. Any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or restricted remain unaffected.
