Short version: pay for credits, spend them on AI-generated videos, be reasonable about what you generate. The full terms are below.
By downloading or using Vidonna ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
You submit a text prompt, and optionally a photo, describing a video; the app sends it to an AI video-generation model and returns a short video clip. Generation consumes "credits" from your balance, at a rate that depends on the model tier (Fast, Premium or Ultra), resolution and duration you choose.
Credits can be purchased as one-time packs or granted monthly through a subscription:
All purchases are billed by Apple through your App Store account. Subscriptions renew automatically at the price shown at purchase unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date, in your Apple ID subscription settings. Unused one-time credits do not expire; unused monthly credits do not carry over between renewal periods. Refunds are handled entirely by Apple under its own policies — we cannot issue refunds directly.
You agree not to use Vidonna to generate content that is:
You may only use photos you have the right to use, and you must have the permission of any identifiable person in them.
We reserve the right to suspend access for accounts that misuse the service.
You own the videos you generate, subject to the acceptable-use rule above and to the underlying model provider's own usage terms. We claim no ownership over your prompts or your generated output.
Video generation depends on third-party infrastructure (see our Privacy Policy) that is occasionally unavailable or slow. We'll do our best to keep the app working, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service, and we aren't liable for credits lost to a failed generation caused by an upstream outage — those are automatically refunded to your balance.
You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. Unused purchased credits tied to a terminated account for cause are forfeited.
We may update these terms as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the "Effective" date above and, where required, announced in-app.
